The Red Bull Air Race, established in 2003 and created by Red Bull GmbH, is an international series of air races in which competitors have to navigate a challenging obstacle course in the fastest time. Pilots fly individually against the clock and have to complete tight turns through a slalom course consisting of pylons, known as "Air Gates".
Redbull called a contest to redesign its event on Redbull TV. From creation of new id's to the on-air image. The idea of the proposal of the ids was to recreate the flight of the airplanes in an abstract space of geometric shapes where they left a trail formed by the corporate colors of Redbull simulating the smoke they give off in competition.
